Rest assured, your parcel is in good hands. We partner with DHL for all shipments, national and international, ensuring every order is registered, tracked, and fully insured. If you need an urgent or overnight service, simply reach out to us directly at shop@superfolk.com, and we'll do our utmost to arrange this for you.
Our goal is to dispatch orders within five working days. However, as a small team, during busy periods, there may be slight delays. Since all our products are handmade, there might be a short wait. If this occurs, we'll promptly notify you upon receiving your order.
If an item is temporarily out of stock during peak times, we'll immediately contact you. With your consent, we'll aim to ship your order within 14 days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch notification email containing a tracking number.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid email address and telephone number when placing your order. This allows us to quickly address any issues that may affect your delivery.
Effective January 1st, 2021, Brexit has introduced changes to the shipping process for parcels entering and leaving the UK. Customers in the UK may be subject to additional handling fees upon receiving their parcels. These fees are determined by UK customs at the border and are beyond our control. It's important to note that customers in Northern Ireland should not be affected by these charges.

The amount of duties and taxes owed depends on the value of the shipment. The UK government has established the following thresholds for goods originating from the EU:
- For orders totaling up to 135 GBP, a standard VAT of 20% will apply.
- For orders exceeding 135 GBP, additional duties and taxes may be applicable.
Please be aware that we have no authority over these charges and are unable to predict their exact amounts. As such, we regret that we cannot provide specific advice regarding these costs."
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, simply reach out to us at shop@superfolk.com to request a refund, and we'll assist you with the return process.
Our return policy extends for 28 days. Regrettably, if 28 days have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.
For us to process your return, we'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that under certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use.
- Any item that's not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll promptly send you an email to confirm its arrival and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
If you haven't received your refund yet, don't worry! Here are some steps to take:
- Double-check your bank account just to be sure.
- Reach out to your credit card company; sometimes, refunds take a little while to appear on your statement.
- Give your bank a call. Sometimes, there's a bit of processing time involved before refunds show up.

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We're happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, simply send us an email at shop@superfolk.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
If the item was a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
To initiate your product return, simply reach out to us at shop@superfolk.com for return instructions.
Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item, these measures can provide added peace of mind.
